Kuwait is under active military threat after Iranian missile attacks targeting Camp Arifjan, a major US Army base south of Kuwait City. Residents reported seeing Patriot missile interceptors launched over the capital. Kuwait has shut down all civilian aviation and activated its full air defense network.

Kuwait International Airport (KWI) has suspended all operations. The Kuwaiti government declared a state of emergency and closed schools, universities, and government offices. Kuwait hosts approximately 13,000 US military personnel across multiple bases including Camp Arifjan and Ali Al Salem Air Base.

The Kuwaiti military is coordinating closely with US CENTCOM. Anti-aircraft positions have been activated across the country. Residents should shelter in interior rooms of reinforced buildings and keep emergency supplies ready. Kuwait's emergency number is 112.
